Lessons at The Tradition at Oak Lane

The Tradition at Oak Lane is committed to growing the game of golf and would love to help any golfer with any of his or her instruction needs. From the beginner to the advanced golfer, we have instructors available who can help you enjoy the game and get you out there playing the way you want to play.

We are currently booking lessons in our indoor simulator room. We have a Trackman launch monitor and simulator that we can use for instruction. Using the Trackman, we can show students the actual flight of each shot, launch angle and spin numbers that can help us help you improve your game.



Individual Lessons

Al Pascale is our Director of Instruction. Al is a PGA Professional certified in Teaching and Coaching, dedicated to helping golfers unlock the best version of their game. Whether a student is looking to refine fundamentals or elevate overall performance, Al brings a patient, detail‑oriented approach that meets each player exactly where they are. He works tirelessly to ensure every student gains confidence, consistency, and a deeper understanding of their swing and strategy.

Nick Rykoski serves as our PGA Director of Golf, bringing a teaching philosophy centered on simplifying the golf swing through muscle memory and purposeful movement. He believes that an efficient, repeatable swing is built by understanding how the body should move—not by overthinking mechanics. To help students internalize these movements, Nick incorporates non‑traditional, non‑golf-specific drills that highlight the fundamental motions required for a sound golf swing. By isolating and reinforcing these core patterns, he helps players of all levels develop consistency, improve efficiency, and build confidence in their game.

Keating Seymour and Chase Brinton serve as our Assistant Golf Professionals, bringing energy, patience, and a passion for teaching the fundamentals. They are the ideal instructors for new golfers who want to build confidence, learn proper technique, and establish a strong foundation for long‑term improvement. Keating and Chase create a welcoming, supportive learning environment that helps beginners feel comfortable, motivated, and excited to grow their game.
